Ten years later, VAZCOM started the manufacture of VAZPAVE Concrete Pavers. Located in Norzagaray, Bulacan, the VAZPAVE plant is the only paving block factory in the country using German machinery employing multi-layer technology producing various profiles/designs. With a capacity of twelve million concrete pavers per year per two-shift operation it is the only manufacturer with the capability of delivering vast volumes of supply at the shortest notice. While backyard operations abound that, at best, can only apply top layer coats of color that will eventually fade with the passage of time, the VAZPAVE Concrete Paver is built with its color fully-saturated in each tile, cured and aged for its entire lifespan.

Alongside these flagship products, VAZCOM imports quality brands of wall veneers, ceramic roof tiles, natural roof slates, clay pavers, natural stones, local bricks and various hardware and building accessories. We also carry the products of our sister company, VAZBUILT- prefabricated housing and fencing materials.
